Precision Machined Components
HEPL manufactures precision machined components and sub-assemblies for feed mill OEMs, green energy, construction, railways, automotive and electronics customers. Our machine shop integrates 5-axis multitasking, vertical turning, vertical machining, sliding-head and horizontal turning capabilities.
From initial design support and rapid prototyping to high-volume production and final assembly, we work with mild steel, stainless steel (304/316), aluminum and copper across gauges from 30ga to 1/4" plate. Every component is produced to drawing on calibrated, climate-controlled machinery and released against ISO 9001 quality records.
